Thread: Stealth PE routines?

About 5 or 6 years ago I followed a nice PE routine that consisted of basic exercises, ie: stretching, jelqing, warm ups, cool downs, etc. Nothing advanced, but I did follow the routine religiously for about 3 months and was happy with the results. I haven't really done any thing since.
At the time I had a GF who I was NOT living with, so I had all kinds of time and privacy to perform those exercises when she wasn't around. Fast forward to present day, I have a GF who I'm with all the time and we shower together whenever we're with each other. I've been wanting to start up a routine again, but I don't want her to know about it. I just want to gain size over time and have her be pleasantly surprised. She's a flight attendant, so there are times when she's gone for 2 or 3 days, but when shes not working she might have up to a week off.
I know these exercises are best done everyday, but I can't always find the time to perform a full routine when she's around. I've typically done all my exercises in the shower. The only thing I've done outside of the shower is basic stretching. I'm actually very happy with my girth, so I'm more interested in length at the moment. So my question is, are there "stretching only" routines or tricks that will eventually give me the length gains I want and, if so, can the stretching or some of it be done stealthily?
Obviously shes not around me 24 hours a day, so during those times where shes off doing dishes, or I go to do laundry, or while I'm driving to work (lol), or whatever the case, what can I do to keep the process going without to much off time in between extended sessions when I do have extra time?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who's done PE secretly, so input on your own personal experiences or methods would be great.

If you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety.
Consistency is Key. Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Let he in on your PE endeavors, she may support you. Especially if you explain to her the health benefits of PE exercises, and not because you are conscious about your size.
Splitting your routine may work if you want stealthy.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
