Hi,
I mentioned before I'm gaining girth relatively easy (I'm very happy about that) but my length gains are slow. Actually non-existent recently. Unfortunately, it did not change much.
For stretching for the last 3-4 months I was doing 3 sets of 30 sec. of 9 basic stretches: downward, front, upward and left/right side versions of them all.
What I have found is that I can feel stretches in a "+" directions well but stretches in a "X" directions do not feel like they do anything for me.
I was wondering if it's VERY important to do all stretches? Would focusing (and putting much more effort) on 5 basic ones that I can feel that get stretched nicely be enough to gain length?
After all, many people who do hanging focus often on stretching on fewer or even only one direction and still gain a lot.
Give me advice based on your experiences and observations please. I would love to kickstart length gains. If I will continues to struggle with manual stretches I will probably try Hanging.

Focusing on the four lengths you feel the most strain on is probably the right idea.
But look into Jonpop's 90 day beginner. You will learn about "circle stretches" which are very good to do AFTER a set of focused stretches.Start March 26, 2015 NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG: 5"

Are those "circle stretches" really important? I thought they're mainly to restore blood flow. They do not seem to put long enough tension in my opinion to cause any changes in tissue length.
I wanted to thank you for...
