Hi
Im doing the jp90 for a month now, and i notice my flaccid size is noticably larger right after the workouts, and noticably smaller than normal about from one hour afterwards to at least the next morning if not later (working out at about 10pm).
Is this normal? Is this a negative PI?
Also, i barely have morning wood, but then again i dont remember ever having too much of that.
25 years old.
Should i take it easyer?
How many reps should i take off my jelqs?
Thanks

An increased flaccid size is a positive PI sign.
If the "turtling" is temporary, for a short period, then it is nothing to worry about.

You could dial it back to see how that affects things. Experimentation is usually par for the course.

How temporary is temporary? How long before it should get back to normal size?

Less than a day for sure. I take turtling for more than 4 hours as a sign of over training as I over train easily and 4 hours or less is my bench mark I've set as longer than that and other negative pi's start to show up.
