    Hey , so I am new here , and got some questions that I couldnt find or couldnt understand the answer :S

    1- I saw how much people give importance to KEGEL, what KEGEL does exactly? Cuz I cant find any use when I KEGEL, Its just a useless muscle o.O ...

    2- People also used to masturbate and dont come ... I want to know why they do that :S ...

    3-Why people also say to not see porn or something close to that? cuz that cause some issue in erection in the time u will have sex?

    4-Reverse KEGEL, I tried to understand what is that, but it looks like normal KEGEL to me o.O...

    5- I already did some session of JP90 ... well fck, I cant control my dick when I jeql, so I only do like 50 jeqls, and I cant do more than that :S ...



    Sorry for my grammar I dont speak english, this were questions where I couldnt find answer, so if u could give me a fast answer I would be thankfull :S

    Welcome to the gym!

    1. Kegels are great for erection quality (EQ). There is not really an instant effect but after a few weeks you should see a boost in EQ.

    2. Its nice to edge if you have low libido, because you get horny of it. Also it gives a nice expantion and are great for girth gains. Also controlling your pre ejac.

    3. Your mind can get used to watch porn and stop getting aroused by girls IRL. And you end up not getting it up when you are with a girl. I have experienced it myself btw. Try 21 days without porn

    4. Search for it, its a little tricky to explain.

    5. Why cant you do more? Btw it might be enough for the first week or two.

    1- So, I should kegel while I am doing exercise like jeql? and strength? or I should do jeql while I am just sit down watching my computer xDD

    2- Nothing more to ask, I guess that really helps to controlling your pre ejac.

    3-never tried more than two week, I guess I will stop watch x) .

    4- Already tried to understood, but I dont speak english very well, and like I said that looked normal kegels to me o.O, but I guess I will try to find more info, thanks :P

    5- cuz like I said , cant controll my dick, and I dont have all time of the world, I get like 20 minutes to do 50 jeql...

    5. Use a light to moderate grip, and a partial erection level, about 50% is good.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    thanks for the answer ... I never feel any Pis till now, but I only did 4 sessions anyway :S ... I didnt understood what do u mean with "Use a light to moderate grip" ... thanks for the great answer D

    Do not grip your penis too tight when jelqing, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

    1. You can do them during stretches, after or when you are not doing any other PE. Try doing 10 kegels three times a week , monday - wednesday - friday for example.

    3. Its awesome, try it.

    5- No , I mean I got like 40 minutes, but warm up 7 , with stretche and warm down its 20 minutes... so the rest 20 minutes if for jeql, but godammit, all the time I got 100% erection , I already think about masturbate and then jeql , and I did it in this last 2 sessions, but I feel like thats cause less gains :S

    Erections for beginners @ PE is perfectly normal. Try to think of PE as exercise that's good for you and will improve your health and sex life; just like weightlifting or running is good for you. It is not sexual, it's healthy! Do not jelq with an erection >70% to avoid injury! Give yourself time to allow erections to subside before finishing your routine (40-70% erect). This is perfectly normal and will improve with practicing your PE regularly, and with the correct mindset.
