So I've been off and on, doing my own thing, and I sort of got hurt.
I was doing a modified routine (I already hear the "aww, geez dude...") focusing on gaining girth. I had thought that since I'd off and on been PE'ing, I was conditioned enough. I wasn't. I was basically doing the jelq-free routine with some light jelqing beforehand, and then in the morning when I had great morning wood, once it settled in the shower, I'd do some squeezes. Well, it was fine for a couple of weeks, and then I noticed a sort of soreness behind my ball sack that was constant, and so I've stopped PE'ing for about a month. Every once in a while, it sort of flares back up. I was also sleeping nude, with pretty much a constant boner, so that wasn't great for my sleep either.
Anyway, I think I'm going to give it another month or 2 of rest and then get back to it. I will follow the JP90 routine without any more modifications, however, I really do not want to gain any additional length. My BPEL is 7.25" and NBPEL is around 6.5" - 6.75" which is more than enough and I really want to be able to go balls deep into a woman comfortably. How do I focus more on girth in the JP90? Will doing more v-jelqs instead of the normal jelqs help? My girth is just shy of 5", depending on my EQ. I'd be MORE than happy with a solid 5.25" EG.
How can I get there and cement that gain?
