I'll make everything as short as possible. I am a guy with tensed anus muscles and weak bc and ic muscles.
I finally seem to relax my anus muscles because my bowel movements seem normal now and I thought before working on my front p.f I should collect as much information I can.
I AM NOT DOING KEGELS FOR BETTER EJACULATION OR E.D OR ANY OTHER SHIT. My only purpose of doing kegels is to fix my frequent urination and slow urine stream.
I wanted to know how a mixed ks and rks routine work.. do you guys do your kegels and rks at one time for e.g both at morning or like kegels in morning and rks at night..?
I have made a routine of 15 ks front and 15 rks (reverse root lock not fronyt rk) twice a day but I dont know how to do them in one place.

I use this routine (reverse kegel):
Mine was every other day.Long reverse kegel flexes as long as I can x 5,
10 sec flexes x 10, then short 1-3 second flexes x 50-100.
You can do 60:40 in favor to RK this routine.

Yes, that should be fine. You could increase the quantity of reps each week to build up more strength.

Thanks..you guys do like I did my kegels just now and after doing them I immediately do my reverse root locks to keep back p.f relaxed? Do you guys improve in urinating? Any change in flow and frequency since doing kegels and before doing kegels?
