Well third attempt to do the JP90 is bust.
Have to reset and start again. Something went off and I lost EQ for close to a week which is my main goal.
Not getting discouraged though. Going to give it a week or so while things reset and not up the intensity much at all.
Definitely starting to feel I'm a less is more person.
Might attempt PESG routine instead as the lighter workload may be more beneficial as I attempt to prevent this problem with overtraining.
Keep strong and PE on. Don't get discouraged and if there's a setback make sure to allow yourself to get back to normal and don't push it.

Cool,pesg is lighter so it might be better for you.

I also didn't think of it until a few minutes ago. I've unconsciously been doing a porn reboot. That may explain the weird variations in the pi's I'm getting. Since the injury in mid November and the vasectomy my porn/jerk off amount has been pretty much zero from 3 to 4 times a day. But gonna run with the lighter one for 90 days and see how it goes instead.

Abstaining from PORN is good, but it takes time to reset your brain if it'd been a long-term habit. That, coupled with vaz surgery is enough to really throw off your EQ & PI's. Take a break and restart with the lighter routine while you recover from both! Take it easy and take rest days whenever your EQ is bad, reguardless of your scheduled routine. I think you'll feel a lot more confident once your EQ & PI's return to normal consistently.

Just facepalming because I missed the fact I'm going through a porn reboot unintentionally but I'm gonna keep on keeping on. Its for the best anyways. While I'm waiting I may play around with trying to figure out how to get the captains wrench I made working for me with a very light weight for practice. And occasionally toss in a small set of stretches and jelqs every couple days and see how its feeling.
Slow and steady wins the gains. My injury wasn't even through PE but I do know what bad feels like

im going to be honest with you , its probably not the porn that cause you to lose eq, from my experience my eq drops from manual stretching, when i stop stretching for a few days and just jelq my eq goes back up.

I'm using a systematic approach though to discovering how my body reacts. Hence the constant restarting from scratch multiple times. I troubleshoot complex problems for a living. The trick is isolating and working at problems from outside the box. So far I have isolated stretching for causing some eq drop. Hadn't factored in porn reboot though and that does fill in some uncertainties in what I have been seeing in terms of discrepancy in my person log I keep.
