So I started the jp90 routine awhile ago and I'm about 9 weeks in. I've gain 5/8 of an inch in 6 weeks but have actually lost some now that I've increased the reps but I feel the more I increase my jelqs the more negative pis I have. I don't have the rock hard erections and I'm turtling a bit now. I'm doing 300 jelqs now but ive seen my gains happen at 100-150 jelqs.
So I guess my question is should I stick to My 300 jelqs or dip back down to a 100-150? I don't know if those were newbie gains. But I like to feel my pens is telling me less is better. Or be blessed and find out my penis wants minimal effort to get maximum gains.... hey, a man can dream can't he? Lol

dip back down, frequently, more is not better, it is worse.
