Hello friends
As I mentioned in my introduction post, I moved to a new city and don't live alone, and that's why I don't have as much free time and space I would need to do my routine in 1 session.. I get interrupted most of the time I go into the bathroom and untill I've found a place to live by myself, I don't think I'm gonna be able to do my routine like most of you guys..
So, I've started with PE a while ago, and decided to go with the JP's 90 day beginner routine.. It kinda takes a bit more time to do it than I tought it would, and I don't wanna do it to fast, cause as you said, safety first..
That's where I wanna know if I could split that routine in more sessions and do like, stretching 1., then afterwards I'd do the jequels, and so on..
So if you could help me with that and tell me the right way to do it, I would be very thankfull..
I'm asking you guys cause I'm not very experianced with PE and don't want to do something stupid..
P.S. sorry if such a post already exists, but I couldn't find it..
Thank you

It won't make too much of a difference as long as you maintain consistency and still keep to rest days even though your sets are spread apart.

Do whatever fits your schedule/life. Get you PE in when you can.
Ok so started with the PE...
Any hope for nerve recovery?
