    I'm a newbie to PE. A little over a week in. I'm not having that heavy flaccid or feeling like my penis has been worked at all. I've just been doing a 10 minute warm up. 6 minute stretch. 15 minute jelq. Edge and then shower to warm down. Is there any reason why I'm not having that after work out feeling that I read others have?

    I'm terribly sorry about spelling the word penis as "oenis." I don't know why this typo is still in my phone!

    Are you sure that you're doing the exercises correctly? Are you pulling hard enough when stretching and gripping enough when you jelq? You shouldn't be trying to yank your dick off but I think you should be stretching enough to feel tension on your ligaments and feel like you're getting a nice stretch in. When you're jelqing you should see and feel more blood going into your penis, especially in the glans, I know mine fill up when I jelq and the whole head of my penis becomes larger as I bring blood into it.

    I feel that my stretches are pretty good. I can feel it stretch especially when i do a quick kegel. Maybe I need to work on my jelqs more. I feel like I can see the blood going into my penis. Is it very noticeable?

    I fixed my jelqs today and I had a very noticeable difference post workout. My flaccid feels a lot heavier and warm actually. I can actually feel my penis haha. I really appreciate your help.
