Hello all,
Started JP90 a couple weeks ago and really noticed a difference in the size of my erection. I know this wasn't due to any true gains but was due to my quality improving. Problem is, I'm in week three and I noticed my girth has went back to how it was in the beginning. I took three rest days when I noticed the decrease and thought I may have been ready to start back up. Was I wrong? I can notice a definite difference in the plumpness of my erection and overall hardness. I did one day of PE since then. So now what, take more rest days? Could I have actually damaged something that first week that caused this to occur and now I need to cut back for 5 or more days. I get the whole premise of PI's its just hard to say because I thought I was ready to go back after that decrease in quality and obviously I was wrong.

JP90 is not about gains, it's about conditioning your penis to PE. Your goals should be exactly that, to focus on getting your penis in shape for PE. You could be doing some exercises too rough or wrong.
It's hard to say what the problem is with what little information you provide. My guess is that you might be going a bit too hard on your unit with the exercises, JP90 is quite a heavy beginner routine and should not be taken lightly.
I would say take a rest for a few days more and start back up again, and yes, do mind those PI's. Does it feel painful? sore? If it does, take a step back on how how hard you train.26-04-'14: BPEL: 6.0" EG: 4.33"

In many ways concerning PE workouts, experimentation is needed. Sure, try a few more days of rest & recuperation.

Take a few more days off and when you resume PE, use less force, and less intensity.
