    Hey everybody, i just started JP90s routine today. Im done with my session. But how many days should i do this? Someone told me i should do 3 days on and 1 day off. What does that mean? Does it mean i do my PE session 3 days straight and take 1 day off ... then repeat again & again for a few weeks? Please comment your answers. Id be glad and would be much appreciated. THANK YOU!

    It means 3 days of training and 1 day rest, then 3 days working and 1 day rest. It's better to follow that routine for at least 6 months. I'm doing 2 days on and 1 day of, I think this is a better method. Less is more! And if you stick with it you will gain my friend.

    Btw i'm also a newbie but I did a lot of research. I also gained in less than an month with this routine :
    15 min warmup (hot cloth), 10 min stretching, 10/15 min wet jelqs (very light pressure) and 10 min warm down(hot cloth)

    Thanks man! & okay, i will follow 2 days on and 1 day off. Today was my first day, and i did edging right after Jelqing. But i have another question. After jelqing, do i warm down and then start edging or can i warm down after edging?

    Uhm, to be honest i'm not sure. I don't edge(not for now, I don't want that my workouts is going to take longer than 45 min. But it's probably better to warm down and then edge, you should look it up here in Pegym.
