Because thats really only the way i can do it. Because My penis isnt big. So is it okay if i Jelq with my palm facing the ground?

You can use an overhand grip if you want, it makes it easier to dig deeper into the fatpad.

That is the way I have always done it. As MrB8 said , you can press into the fat pad down to the pubic bone and jelq the entire length of your penis.
