So i have jelqed a for about one week....first few days jelqing gave me harder erections and made me extra horny......now after overdoing it and researching what can supposingly happen from doing this has me all paranoid and lost in thoughts to quit while I am ahead. I am a hapily married man with a sexy wife and kids and if I permanently injured myself doing this then life would be over for me......on the other hand I would love a bigger cock to give my wife more pleasure and add fun to the bedroom. As of now she says my size is perfect for her (6.25x5) but them days I get a extra good boner she says wow you feel extra big tonight major turn on!! Torn as of now and really considering leaving this in my past the risk doesnt seeem worth the reward....

If your sensible about your routine and careful not to over do it you will not do yourself any injuries at all especially if you are only jelqing remember long slow jelqs about 3-5 seconds each stroke you only need to do 10-20mins about 5 days per week to get great results.A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTYING

More is not always better as you found out the Hard Way!
I see it all the time, at the Gym, Running etc.
Now that you learned more is not always better, adjust your routine and PE smart.
Small incremental adjustments are a far better than making Mr. Happy . . . SAD!

If you are already thinking of stopping now, then clearly size is not an issue for you. However erection strength and libido are. That's an awesome way to utilize PE. If you treat PE simply as an exercise for the penis that helps keep him young and virile, then I highly doubt you are in any danger of injury. You don't need to do much to keep him working in tip top shape. Just some kegals and light jelqs every day or every other day. Its when you are trying to make gains and are pushing limits in that pursuit that cause injuries for most. When people get overzealous and use too much intensity or for to long they raise their risk of injury.
Start off slow with a light routine and base it off of your erections. If EQ is going up or is staying strong then keep doing what you are doing. If you feel like you are getting used to it and its not as effective as it once was then add a few more reps until he starts responding again. If your EQ drops and you are feeling soreness (fatigue), excessive turtling, ect.. then you are overworking him and need to cut back on reps or intensity. It's a fine line, but your body will tell you everything you need to know. Also I think a good kegal routine will help with harder erections. I started with 50 regular kegals and 10 reverse kegals everyday. I stopped doing them for awhile and I noticed a difference so I know it works.
So take it slow and watch your PI's and you will be just fine. You don't have to necessarily do much to gain either. Check out PESG's story located under the start here tab. If your sex life is good and the lady is happy then do a mild routine or even just a routine for the health of your penis.
You may think your not big but at 6.25 x 5 you have nothing to worry about. Your not small by any means.
Don't get to cough up in numbers. The average girth is about 4.7, the average length is just under 6.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
