First two months I barely took rest and just did too much of everything. Did not see any gains!
As soon as I took a week off and then included at least 2 to 3 rest days during the week gains came instantly PESG's thread helped me realize I am more of less is more type of gainer. It really depends on each individual you have to just experiment with your body and see what works good for you.Started Sept 2014: BPEL 7.25...EG 5.30
Current: BPEL 8.65...BPFSL 9.25...MEG 5.75...BEG 5.9
Goal: BPEL 9.0....EG 6.0

Thanks for all the responses.
I think I will mix in some rest days every now and then for now and see how things go from there. I can imagine that the amount of rest needed varies a lot for different people and at a later stage I might realise what the best amount of rest for me is.
I appreciate the insight on how doing mostly stretching or how little rest can affect the EQ. However when it comes to me, I have too easy to get very hard errections as it is (I am pretty vascular and my body gets all red pretty fast when lifting weights). But I will keep this in mind for the future, if I notice any difference in my EQ I'l be sure to try mixing in some jelqing and/or some more rest.
As for right now I'm thinking that if I have a certain amount of time during the day that I can spend on PE, then I want to spend most of that time (or almost all of that time) on stretching. I happen to believe that stretching is the best way to go for growth, and growth is pretty much my only goal as of right now given my circumstances.
I am a bit perplexed about stuff like jelqing to be honest. If I would pitch PE to a friend of mine I would hesitate to bring up jelqing right away. Stretching just makes a whole lot more sense to me than jelqing, kegels, etc. I suppose jelqing especially is good for people who have issues with EQ though.Last edited by QuakeLive; 05-16-2015 at 09:39 AM.

I took like 6 weeks recently for a bad bruising injury.. But other then that, I'm steady right thru since Nov '13...

I dont take any rest days at all. In fact it seems the more i pe the more i gain.
