I decided to go full commando, however, normally I wore boxers after jelqing and it kept my man warm, therefore he had more blood.
But when I go commando it kinda shrinks a little bit cause it's colder, this affects gains right?

Doesn't effect gains. It's actually much more healthy for your balls and sperm/testosterone production to go commando, since your balls are much more productive at lower temperatures. The fact your penis hangs all loose is much better, and won't effect gains.
