  • Cant keep an erection while jelqing!

    So i cant keep an erection while jelqing, this is my first week on JP90s rotuine and tbh i already see some changes to my penis which really motivates me to keep going! But, i dont want to make a mistake while jelqing. Why cant i get erect while jelqing? I warm up, i do all my stretches and ill be at like 30-40% erect. Is that okay? And can someone please tell me when to stop the jelq? As soon as u touch the bottom of the glans? but not over it right?

    Hey SmalPNis!

    you shouldn't jelq with an erect penis. 40 to 60 percent is best. I suffer from ED and can rarely generate an erection above 20% while jelqing; however, I have made decent gains, especially in girth.

        Nvm sorry i know what it is, but do you know how i can get 40-60 erect while jelqing? and do i stop right before the glans? but should i feel my finger touching the glans .. just not supposed to jelq over it?

          Hey man,

          Not2Big is right, you do not want a full erection when jelqing. All you need is a good chub giong on, around 30%-50%. One thing that may help is reading this thread: https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...ntinue-pe.html

            A 50% erection is a half-chub, that full-flaccid you get before you start masturbating. And when jelqing, start at the base and slowly work towards the glan, stopping when you hit the base of the glans. When you are about half way up your shaft, start your other hand at your base- this is a continuous cycle.

                  Base of your glans is the bottom of the head of your penis. Good to hear that you cut out the porn, it will definitely help you in the long run!

                          it is bad! especially when you are new to PE and you penis isn't conditioned enough! try stay at a 40-60% level of erection

                            I tried but after doing basic stretching it's stays 100% erection how to get on 60% level?should I leave my penis for fews mins that after basic stretching so it's lay back to 100 to 60%?

                              Yes, if you are 100% erect just wait for it to go down to 60% and you can continue. After a while you won't get 100% erect because your penis will get used to it and see it as a workout and not something sexually loaded
