So i cant keep an erection while jelqing, this is my first week on JP90s rotuine and tbh i already see some changes to my penis which really motivates me to keep going! But, i dont want to make a mistake while jelqing. Why cant i get erect while jelqing? I warm up, i do all my stretches and ill be at like 30-40% erect. Is that okay? And can someone please tell me when to stop the jelq? As soon as u touch the bottom of the glans? but not over it right?

you shouldn't jelq with an erect penis. 40 to 60 percent is best. I suffer from ED and can rarely generate an erection above 20% while jelqing; however, I have made decent gains, especially in girth.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Yes, if you are 100% erect just wait for it to go down to 60% and you can continue. After a while you won't get 100% erect because your penis will get used to it and see it as a workout and not something sexually loadedStart 2015-feb-08
