I'm just starting out with PE. I'm about 5 inches lengthwise and 4 inches girth wise (gonna do some more measurements once I've spent a few days abstaining from porn and masturbation so that I can see what my erection is like at 100% and get some sensitivity back) so I am in dire need of both. In any case, I've tried out the JP90 beginner routine which seems to be the best way to start (I'm ok if the gains are slower if it means I don't break my dick, only got one and sex with a smaller dick is better than sex with a broken dick) and I have some questions.
1. I'm uncircumcised and when stretching its hard to keep my foreskin from going back over the glans. Is there a good way to hold it back or is it ok to stretch with the foreskin over the glans?
2. Same with stretching my skin goes over the glans when jelqing. I've read different ways of doing it - either just hold it back with the inactive hand and alternate or hold it back with one hand and only jelq with the other. Does it make a difference or should I jelq with two hands and alternate (which I assume might be better since it might trap the blood better)?
3. How hard should I grip when I jelq? I feel like harder would be better but more prone to injury. I don't want to jelq for a month than find out that I've been doing it wrong.
4. I've heard that edging is really helpful. When should I edge and how many times? Should I do it after a session or just on certain days? I read somewhere that 2-3 times a week is good.
5. I've also heard that EQ is also affected by diet and physical exercise. I've recently started a workout routine (starting with P90X then gonna move to harder ones more focused on bodybuilding) and am making my own healthy meals (also saves a lot of money) as well as taking supplements like the ones recommended for JP90. Will this significantly effect my EQ?
6. Keeping your gains - from what I've read it seems like some people keep their gains easily while others lose them quickly, but I'd rather not find out since my natural size is fairly small. Does doing something like sex or masturbation/edging help maintain your gains, or do you have to keep up a constant maintenance routine? I'm afraid that if I end up in the hospital or something (though I'm pretty healthy and haven't been in the hospital for anything serious since I was 13) and couldn't do a routine that I would lose everything and have to start over. I guess I could somehow covertly do it, but edging or something would be a lot easier to do than a routine.
I don't really need a monster dick (though I wouldn't be against it), but I definitely want to get out of the "below average" range. The genetics lottery sucks yo.
