    Hey all,

    I'm just starting out with PE. I'm about 5 inches lengthwise and 4 inches girth wise (gonna do some more measurements once I've spent a few days abstaining from porn and masturbation so that I can see what my erection is like at 100% and get some sensitivity back) so I am in dire need of both. In any case, I've tried out the JP90 beginner routine which seems to be the best way to start (I'm ok if the gains are slower if it means I don't break my dick, only got one and sex with a smaller dick is better than sex with a broken dick) and I have some questions.

    1. I'm uncircumcised and when stretching its hard to keep my foreskin from going back over the glans. Is there a good way to hold it back or is it ok to stretch with the foreskin over the glans?

    2. Same with stretching my skin goes over the glans when jelqing. I've read different ways of doing it - either just hold it back with the inactive hand and alternate or hold it back with one hand and only jelq with the other. Does it make a difference or should I jelq with two hands and alternate (which I assume might be better since it might trap the blood better)?

    3. How hard should I grip when I jelq? I feel like harder would be better but more prone to injury. I don't want to jelq for a month than find out that I've been doing it wrong.

    4. I've heard that edging is really helpful. When should I edge and how many times? Should I do it after a session or just on certain days? I read somewhere that 2-3 times a week is good.

    5. I've also heard that EQ is also affected by diet and physical exercise. I've recently started a workout routine (starting with P90X then gonna move to harder ones more focused on bodybuilding) and am making my own healthy meals (also saves a lot of money) as well as taking supplements like the ones recommended for JP90. Will this significantly effect my EQ?

    6. Keeping your gains - from what I've read it seems like some people keep their gains easily while others lose them quickly, but I'd rather not find out since my natural size is fairly small. Does doing something like sex or masturbation/edging help maintain your gains, or do you have to keep up a constant maintenance routine? I'm afraid that if I end up in the hospital or something (though I'm pretty healthy and haven't been in the hospital for anything serious since I was 13) and couldn't do a routine that I would lose everything and have to start over. I guess I could somehow covertly do it, but edging or something would be a lot easier to do than a routine.

    I don't really need a monster dick (though I wouldn't be against it), but I definitely want to get out of the "below average" range. The genetics lottery sucks yo.

    I recently started myself and I might be able to give you some advice regarding your first question.

    I am uncircumcised and I tried a number of ways to stretch to see what seemed best for me. Regardless of what direction I stretched in etc I found that the best way for me to stretch was to do a bundled stretch with my foreskin pulled back. First I tried it with my foreskin not pulled back, that made me able to get a really good grip and able to apply a significant amount of force and I liked it a lot. However, I worried that a good amount of the stretch I was feeling was just the foreskin stretching. So later I tried it after pulling back my foreskin, I noticed how after some practise I could still get a very good grip that made me able to apply a significant amount of force without loosing grip over time, and I felt very clearly how my foreskin no longer was the thing being stretched the most. I also noticed how bending the twisted penis over the thumb of the hand I was using made it even better. So this is what I'm mostly doing now when I'm stretching, bundeling it and bending it over my thumb.

    I only use one hand at a time (even when I am bending it over my thumb that is). I alternate between left and right hand, while I also alternate between twisting my penis to the left and twisting it to the right. I can hold the stretch for a long time without loosing grip, and its all due to the twisting (bending it over the thumb helps as well for this). I can apply a lot of force if is so wish this way, however like many have pointed out in these forums one never should apply too much force.

    I have read that the bundled stretch is not recommended for beginners, but the way I see it its the best way for me to stretch without irritating areas around my glans etc and without risking injury in general. If you try bundled stretching then obviously dont go crazy and put too much force on it right away, ease into it. It took some practise for me to master. I recommend you trying it out. Best of luck.

      I'm not a veteran by any means but I will try.

      1: pull your for skin back as much as you can and grip below the head. Try to grip the "inner penis" from the sides not putting too much pressure on your dorsal nerves but you can grip fairly tight. Just pull till you feel resistance and hold it. You don't want to rip your dick off and you won't see an extra inch while stretching. Slow and steady and consistent wins the length gains.

      2: at the starting stage its more a matter of learning technique. I'm a huge grower and even though I'm cut I have a lot of extra skin so I use one hand to hold the skin/balls back and just do one handed jelqs. Some can do two hands but to start just work on getting the technique if you can two hand it great if you can one hand it only that's fine to start.

      3: again technique. It takes months and years to gain properly. Start light and watch your pi's I've quickly learned that there is a fine line between effective and too much. Learn the pi's and follow them.

      4: edge 2 or three times a week some say to hold off ejaculating every time. Again. Your pi's will guide you. Don't worry so much about time and concentrate on hitting the PONR at least three times a session and add to it. Right now that takes me about 10 minutes. I'm slowly working up to 30 minutes as my goal. If you can't hold back. Don't get discouraged and don't force it to stop. It cums with practice lol. Also note edging counts towards your overall workload and can lead to over training.

      5: Tons of things affect eq. Diet. Stress. Sleep. Tiredness. Supplements. Sickness. Phase of the moon. Ugly women. Its a generic indicator. Pay attention to it but if it dips. Its a good idea to pinpoint why. The general trend should be upwards. For example. I'm prone to overtraining and my eq takes a dive bad for a week or two. For some people its less. For some it could be more. The general idea it seems is you should average it out over a period of time. Also note jelqing generally will improve eq if done right. Stretching will generally cause it to drop. Both as done in the jp90 and PESG routine is set as a kind of balance with an upwards trend.

      6: gains can be fickle. Maintenance takes next to nothing for most from what I can read on here. Even if you loose the gains the experience and the skill and how you understand your body and its responses is gained so bringing back those gains is quicker and easier as it goes along.

      You have the right attitude to succeed. Your not looking for too much in too little time. If your lucky you will be a quick gainer. If not your not seeming to be frantic about pushing too hard too fast. Stay safe and err on the side of caution. Even if you get no gains. Killer eq and stamina can mean a lot. If you can routinely pound your woman with what you have for 20+ minutes. It won't matter the size. She will never forget that. Hell you could be that thorn in large guys side that makes him look like a ham fisted lummox with the tools and no idea how to use them. A small hammer can pound in a pretty big f-ing nail if you can hit it long enough.

        Alright thanks you two! Pretty much answered all of my questions. I'm currently just trying to figure out technique and am going to start the routine in earnest on Monday so I do Monday-Friday and then Saturday and Sunday off which seems logical and will coordinate with my P90x routine.
