    Good evening everyone! I hope that everyone is lucky enough to be enjoying weather like we are having in beautiful North Carolina. Just gorgeous down here in the 336!

    I am new to this. I guess that you could say that I am starting a little later in life (48 is 'later in life'? Maybe not!) but it is never too late to start, right? See my sig for details, but def want to get bigger. And check out my pics in the photo gallery. Have always heard how small I am and would like to change that. I have no problems at all with my length or my girth, but am a "giver" in the bedroom, so....hearing "you are not the biggest I have been with" is not really anything that I want to hear ever again.

    I am not following BP's 90 Day Routine just yet. Definitely going to starting June 1 [I am OCD and no way in hell I can start something *NOT* on the first of the month! :-)]. Right now I am doing Kegels and Edging (O M G love me some edging).

    Current Routine (so that y'all don't have to try to read my mind):
    1. 10 - 15 minute good solid warm up with a perfectly heated rice sock. Good and loose when I start.
    2. Kegel 10 sets of 10. I hold the kegel for seven or eight seconds, wait for four seconds, do the second one for eight seconds, wait for four seconds....you get the idea. I do these fully erect. Between sets I stroke myself for 60 seconds (to stay hard)
    3. Edge for 30 minutes or so. I have pretty good stamina so it takes a bit to get to the PONR. I am not stroking myself like a 14-year-old who just discovered masturbation (LOL!) but just good consistent "feels really good" strokes.
    4. 10 minutes solid warm down with a perfectly heated rice sock!

    I do this two days on and one day off, two days on and one day off......

    My questions:
    1. I notice that my EQ is 9.5 or 10 when I start but after the third round (two days on, one day off) my EQ is about 8. I take a day or two off and we are back at 9.5 or 10. Is Mr. Happy just tired? Am I over training? I do tend to over do things....just me!
    2. Since starting this when I am with a woman my EQ is about an 8. WTH? That is when I want the 9.5 or 10! I do not watch porn at all. This is how it has been since I started (almost two weeks ago). Is this something that will go away once I am in the program longer? Has anyone else noticed this, too?
    3. Want to increase both length and girth. Would really be interested in girth if I could have only one. Really want 6inches EG. Not gonna ask if that is possible as everyone is different. Do folks gain in both?
    4. As mentioned, don't have pre-mature issues. But would really like to be able to decide when I nut. With the last girlfriend we just about always came together and it was amazing. Current girl friend, well not there yet. I finish just a little bit before she does. Thus, my 'like to be able to decide' comment. Any suggestions for that?

    I appreciate everyone's help with this. I will start a progress journal once I officially start!

    on #1, Mr Happy has not yet recovered. You can back down on the 'intensity' of your PE & see what that does for you. Being this is a long term endeavor, there's no need to over do anything, You get to experiment !

    I'll leave the rest for our fellow members to add their thoughts.

      Thank you, Mr. Dangler! And thank you for the welcome. I will tone down the PE work out. I work out the rest of my body as well (still in pretty dang good shape) and have a very structured work out regime with "Hey, I ain't 22 any more...can't do the heavy stuff like I used to...well, can't recover like I used to" thought process. Looks like I need to transfer that to my PE work outs as well! Thanks again! Pretty much what I was thinking but wanted to hear it from someone else.

      Everyone else feel free to agree | to disagree. I am open to suggestion and very "discussion friendly". Love to learn....love to listen to others and, as Dangler so aptly stated, experiment.

        Stretching will decrease eq to a degree. Takes your body a while to figure out what's going on. I think your doing great so far and I'm sure lots of guys would kill to have your skills. Just keep at it and keep balanced. Your doing great.

          You didn't say you were doing any reverse kegels in your post. With a kegel routine, you need to do a K:RK ratio of 60:40. With the volume and holds you're doing (actually over-doing) in kegels, it's causing your pelvic floor balance to get out of whack. Learn to do reverse kegels (start doing squats when you go to the gym), and reduce your regular kegel intensity (erect is not necessary) by doing 2-5 sec holds. Start with a set of 10-15, working your way up to 30 sets over several weeks. This over kegeling and no RK's is likely responsible for your EQ decline (IMO). Hope this helps.             When you start your jp90 be SURE to start out very easy averagedude48. You want very light jelqs and stretches as you get the hang of the methods slowly increase your intensity over time. It is semi scary to start out to rough and have negative pi and will make you want to quit off the bat. I have found tighter grip at the base and as you get closer to the head decrease the intensity. Good luck be safe you only get one dick!!

              So, it sounds like I am being me....overdoing things. Hey, that is why I am asking! :-)

              Jockinthebox - no, sir! Did not mention Reverse Kegels as I am not doing them. I have heard of them but have not done one to date! That is gonna change. Thank you for calling me out on that. Good catch.

              Gonna tone everything way down. And, yes - thank the good Lord: I do have only one dick. :-)

                So, I was vaguely aware of Reverse Kegels (RK) but had no Godly idea what they are or how to do them. The Kegel I have down pat. Like to do them totally erect (but not a requirement). I did some reading (the last two plus hours) and found this link to Reverse Kegels:

                I think that I have the motion for the Front Reverse Kegel and for the Back Reverse Kegel but am not 100% sure. Will work it out tomorrow. Definitely going to do the following:
                A) tone down the Kegeling
                B) add the Reverse Kegeling
