    Hello, my name is Chris. I just finished my first week of Jelqing and stretching. I am very insecure about my penis size and heard that jelqing has given people some pretty amazing results. I understand that everyone's penis is different and therefore some people will see results earlier than others. However, I was wondering if their was a general consensus on when i should start to notice results. I understand I am only a week in but I can't help but be curious upon when I should notice a difference in girth and length.

    Thanks for reading guys. Any response would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Throw away any measuring device and measure it in a years time. Lol. If you haven't gained by then, thrn worry about it

      For the first three months, really focus on getting the EQ up, the PIs positive, and the technique down well. Any gains in this time, consider it a bonus.

      It seems backwards, but one of the best ways to encourage gains, is to focus on the other benefits of PE. When those are right, gains come naturally, and you're not stressed if they don't happen.

      Take your time, stay positive, and always be patient.

        Everyone gains at different speeds, if you are committed and patient there will be nothing but positives with your PE journey and penis!

            As much as you might feel like it, don't change up your routine for at least a month or so. Make a log of what you are doing and for the amount of time. Also any positive EQ that you have.
            Just as working out any muscle your penis will take time. Be patient.

              Be patient, positive, and persistent and good things will come. In less than 6 months I've grown 1.12" in length and nearly .5" in girth due to my mindset and utilizing all the great resources and members here on the forum! Think positive and positive things happen!

                Imagine PE as sand falling in an hourglass. As long as you are exercising, the grains will fall. If you measure the sand daily, you will become discouraged. If you constantly continue along the path, patiently allowing the pile to become a mountain, only then can you be successful.

                    You should experience some newbie gains fairly quickly, but as workin4it says, concentrate on your EQ. Your best chance at gains come along with great EQ. Also don't be discouraged if you don't gain much or very slowly. Guys will tell you they have gained over an inch in length and girth in like 3-6 months, and they very well may have, but not everyone does. I personally had very minimal newbie gains and only gained 1/4" both ways in a years time. Just keep fighting the good fight and gains will eventually come. Even if its only 1/4" that's 1/4" more than when you started.

                      Hide your ruler! Focus on your technique, build your reps up slowly, be consistent and gains will come. Never measure more than monthly (if not quarterly) and keep your emphasis on EQ & PI's. Stay away completely or limit your exposure to PORN, and do not develop a habit of masturbating to it. Experiment with cock ring edging using tour imagination instead. Ball stretchers, and exercises you can do outside your PE routine during the day (LAS), while at work or studying if you're in school, and even sleeping (fowfers) will keep your unit on the grow and your libido psyched plus reduce boredom with your regular PE sessions. You'll be surprised how much you'll look forward to maintaining your routine and putting in the effort to build better penis health. The growth will take care of itself.

                          You wanna start working out properly

                          The whole point, if you ask me, is to work smart and not hard! Regardless which routine you are going to pick.No two dicks are alike and you need to understand that certain patterns might not suit you, whether too heavy or too light. You need to discover your dick's properties in order to have a smart and successful PE journey.

                          Discover your fatigue limit and always work around it. You don't need to complete a certain number of reps or minutes just because a routine say so! You need to always listen to your body in order to avoid overworking thus avoiding counterproductive exercising. Modify the routine so that it fits you.

                          Discover whether your tunica or your smooth muscle is your limiting factor. Do your research, never be lazy about this. Also PE should never hurt, go to the point where you feel a good workout rather than experiencing turtling or any negative PIs

                          It all comes down to trial and error and we have all been down this road. Discover and modify. Also, never underestimate the power of rest days even if you feel like you don't need one! I would advise a 1on/ 1off schedule in order to monitor your PI more accurately.

                          So you might start with 50 reps but find that you might only need 30, just listen to your body! Maybe you need a more stretch-wise routine or the other way around. Only you gonna discover what feels good and what doesn't.

                          Reduction of anxiety and anticipation to gain is vital.
                          Remember that Rome wasn't built in a day!
