I have tried PE 10-15 years ago, so i'm not new at this. But since i had stopped for 4-5 years, i decided to try it again, starting over with the 90 day exercises...unfortunately, Mr. D*ck stayed the same. i now believe that not all methods work for everyone, i tried many things, so i know what i'm talking about. I will now stick to penis pumping, clamping and hanging....maybe hanging and clamping will do it for me !

The goal of the JP90 is to 'condition' your penis for more advanced routines, etc. Some gain, some don't. No guarantees.

Jelqing, clamping, hanging, pumping at the same time? Sounds like an "excellent" idea. Just go with the JP90 or big als jelq free routine, nothing more!
Starting stats:
01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
After a long break:
01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3
