    Hi guys, i really want to get better erection and harder and also bigger dick. My problem is that, almost couple of years i forgot how is like to have longer erection and harder too. I got so depressed, that i lost my self in fast food, and so big belly like 50 years old man i don't smoke or drink. And i have 2 times heart surgery.

    So, i want to exercise my penis, in hope to get what i want
    I want to change my food. What i am suppose to eat?
    What should i do first, kegels or jelg?

    First thing you need to do is pick a beginner routine which you can find located under the start here tab. Most these routines incorporate both jelqs and kegals. The biggest difference in the beginner routines are the intensity levels. Start slow, ease yourself in. Be patient, consistent, and diligent, and you will do just fine. You should notice a difference in erection quality within the first few weeks. Good luck on your journey.

    There is no reason not to start off with both kegels and jelqing. PE is great for overall penile health and should help with erection quality as well as gaining size. As mentioned above, pick one of the beginner routines that can be found in the START HERE! link at the top of the page. The JP90( JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow, focus on safety and gradually work your way up to the full routine.

    A good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE! link that can be found at the top of the page. There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

    The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

    So to pick one exercise either jelqing or kegels and do that for couple of months? I almost almost all threads for beginners. But still i am not sure where to start
