Thread: how much time is enough

I've been doing the jp90 program for almost 3weeks now and I just read in another thread that you should be able to devote at least 45 mins a day to your program. Unfortunately ar this point in my life I can only devote maybe 2 x 15 min sessions per day jp90 for the first session and random stretches and jelqs for the other.
Is that enough to create some gains

What I know is that you can do stretches in the morning and jelqs in the evening. You can split it.

You can split your sessions to accommodate your schedule. As hater pointed out it's probably a good idea to split it into stretching in one session and jelqing in the other.
