I suggest that after you do a thorough warm up and exercise follow that with a edging session!! 15mins to start then slowly work your way up but be sure to not cum and then do your warm down session! I have really noticed size changes and positive PIs from this routine!!

Good suggestion, ktm! Additionally, edging is a great stamina builder and a good routine for any guys suffering from pre-E. Just edge for 20 minutes or more, reaching PONR, doing a K/RK hold to prevent ejaculation, then continuing to edge. Try to reach PONR 3 or more times, extending your edging time as you go. Eventually, with practice, you'll learn to DO & even MMO while edging. That's "ULTIMATE EDGING". I call it! You can plateau edge as long as you like and decide when YOU want to cum. When you get proficient at this, you learn during sex, you can drive your partners wild for hours, because you control your ejaculations completely and decide when or if you want to release.

Not sure what you're asking, zeta. Most guys replace masturbation with edging, because it's training yourself to learn your body's reflex reaction leading to ejaculation (PONR); combating it with K/RK holds and being able to learn to last longer during sex. I ejaculate every other edging session, because it's good for the prostate, plus. its a nice reward and ending to my routine. If you ejaculate more often, like every session, it's OK as long as it doesn't negatively affect your EQ. I just find it works best for my EQ to ejaculate 2-3 times per week. If I'm having sex a lot on a particular week, I may not ejaculate at all after my edging that week. It just depends on you and your circumstances.

if i edge after session that will do good, but if i just masturbate will that lead to pre-e?--is what i meant

Zeta to each and there own. If your routine is giving you gains continue what you are doing. Personally though I wouldnt masturbate after or during a session. I want my penis to know its training time NOT sex time
