Thread: Gaining girth?

First of all I would like to say that this is a great community and I feel lucky to even be here
Currently I am interested in exercises focusing on girth only. I feel that I am really lacking in that department and would like to get to the point where I am at least average girth.
Perhaps anybody could point me to girth exercises/routines or any other topics related to the subject. The key word here is GIRTH

Hi man, it depends how long you've been doing pe.
If you are beginning, you can start doing jelqs at a higher erection level 60-80% I would say.
If you are better conditionned, you can start implementing ULIs and squeezes.
I think bundled stretches might help with girth aswell, I just started using them.
And if you are well-conditioned, you can try clampling and pumping, but have to be very cautious and read a lot before trying (I haven't clamped).

Glad to have you join us. Girth exercises are advanced routines and are not recommended for beginners as they can easily injure themselves. Start of with a beginners routine such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) and as mentioned above focus more on jelqing at a higher erection level. Start off slow, focus on safety and gradually work your way up to the full routine. A good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE! link that can be found at the top of the page. It is important that you focus on safety and will find some good reading in there about that.
There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.
The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

Thanks to pumping, I have gained about 1 inch of girth - 4.4" to 5.4". However, it took over four years. I pumped 20 minutes in the morning and again at night before going to bed. Check out the Pumping Forum under Devices for recommended pumping techniques.
