Hey, I just started last week with PE. I'm currently doing dry jelqs with ok grip, but I've read about some other jelqs (like v jelq) and reverse ok grip, so I'm not really sure which one to use.
If you can give me some insight I'd be very thankful.

I'd recommend sticking with JP90 if you're just starting out.

Im doing this routine (which I also found on the begginers post). https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html
I liked the fact that it was pretty simple and doesnt take that much time. Just wondered if v-jelqs would be better than ok grip.

It really depends on your goals. For me the reverse OK grip is best. For others the OK grip is best. The V jelqs allow you to target just the sides or just the top and bottom, but you might want to stick to one of the OK grips for a few months so you can condition your penis and learn how it responds to the excersizes. You will learn how to better target specific goals as you go along. Stay safe.

It all depends which one works best for you. I prefer overhand jelqing myself.
