    Hai everyone!

    I've been trying to wrap my head around how to get the exercises and everything set up right so I have a routine built around what I need. I've read the safety guides and the how to make a routine guide but it's fairly confusing to understand what with BPEL and BPFL and everything else in there. So I suppose what I have questions over:

    1. Should I just start on the JP90 instead of having my own routine to start out on?

    2. What should I work on in regards to smooth muscle and the other?

    3. Does anything with even starting need to be worried about? I read a story about this guy only needed to jelq for like 30 mins a day and got results.

    I do understand the importance of warming up and cooling down but it's all about getting started that Im having the main problems with lol.

    1: start the jp90 at half what it says and slowly work your way up to the full routine over a month. Learn how you react and take the first month to understand pi's.

    2: don't worry about that till your 6 months in... Just do the jp90 (starting with half the reps)

    3:just do the jp90(starting with half the reps) until you figure out your penis and learn what your pis are.

    4:heated rice sock or heating pad. At least 7-10 minutes. Not burn your wiener off hot. But enough to warm it up so its warm to the touch. Don't soak your balls with heat either. Unless you never want kids. Then do the jp90 (starting with half the reps)

    It can be confusing with the amount of information involved with PE in the beginning. The beginners routines were developed to help condition your penis, but the other great thing about them is it gives you time to further educate yourself while doing an already proven structured safe routine. I suggest that you start off with the JP90 and not worry about coming up with your own routine right now. Start off slow and work your way up to the full routine. There is a lot to learn and understand how PE works so do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

    No, you don't sound dumb. When in doubt, always ask, we are here to help.

    Do yourself a favor bud. Really really pay attention to your penis for a week or two before starting the program. Test sensitivity everywhere, watch your current pis how it hangs etc. Start out very easy and warm up then warm down after every exercise. I would start one day on one day off and leave it at that for awhile.

    You may think you know your penis real well right now BUT over the course of PE you will really really start paying attention to the little guy alot more, what maybe actually normal for you you might think pe is actually doing that. If that makes sense? You are a young dude like myself and the last thing you want to do is have a broken penis the rest of your life!! An average good working cock is way better then a big broken one!

    This is a very solid advice. I would recommend you to follow this. Remember PE takes a lot of patient and commitment. Its a marathon not a sprint! So take it easy and enjoy the journey
