recently I went on vacation and decided to use it as a time to also take a break from exercising. I noticed at day 4 of no PE my EQ was up to 100%. I came back and started back up 2 days on 1 day off. I did not ejaculate during this time. Now that my rest day is over (it was yesterday) I was going to start back up today but I'm not at the 100% I was by day 4 on vacation. Does this mean I should consistently be taking 4 days in between a 2 day PE session or even though I'm only 85/90% I should start going again?

So is it that I am doing too many jelques, or am I jelquing too hard? This has happened every time. My penis becomes so much bigger and my EQ improves so much if I don't touch it for a few days and I don't masturbate or edge at all. Also, could it be I am edging too long? Sometimes after I PE I edge for an hour maybe 2 hours.
Here has been my schedule:
JP90 exactly as it says... Only I have done it 2 days on 1 day off, or 2 days on 2 days off, depending on PI's
I always wrap it in a hot towel for 10 to 15 mins after a workout and then edge for quite a while. On my days off, I usually just leave it alone completely, but sometimes I edge if I'm really horny. I don't ever ejaculate by myself, but I do have sex 3 to 6 times a week.

I would say you are pushing a little too hard. In my experience I would cut back the edging, use sexual activity to do the edging by lasting longer. Keep the jelqs as a good smooth muscle conditioner. But that is just my experience. Follow your PIs and you will find the path that works best for you. Also be sure you are doing some reverse kegels, deep flat footed squats, and other pelvic floor relaxing stretches. Keep the balance. Keep having fun!

Okay one last time for some real clarification on this please:
So about 9 or 10 days ago, I was measuring at 6.5 x 4.5 this is my norm. I went on vacation and didn't masturbate, edge, or do PE at all. I did have sex 3 or 4 times. When I came back, my dick felt so heavy and full and big. I measured at 6.8 x 5 this is the biggest and hardest it's ever been. I measured it 4 times to make sure I wasn't crazy. I was pretty shocked. But I don't take much time off from doing PE like that. Like I said I am usually on a 2 days on 1 day off regiment. Then I started back up and went right back to 6.5 x 4.5 and I feel like its just blah. I even took an extra day off. The erection and hardness just isn't what it was the day returning.
So the general idea is:
First alter the amount of jelques I am doing? (I did that today I did half of JP90 instead of the full thing) then alter the pressure i am applying if that doesn't work? and with that either way also edge a much shorter time or don't edge at all and just have sex? (I did this too, I just edged for 20 minutes)
stick to 2 days on 1 day off?
And then see if I'm back to that?
And should I do this starting my next PE day or do the same thing and take 5 days off again with me not touching it at all?
any other ideas of what it could be?
I haven't been ejaculating more than a few times a week.
Its hard not to be overzealous knowing i had that improvement in EQ/size/whatever it may be, after a month of PEing. So I will listen closely so I don't damage myself.
last thing, I do use the bathmate before my exercises (started using the second week of JP90) I use it on very very low pressure before my workout and I always use a hottowel or hot bath before the bathmate.Last edited by calm; 05-25-2015 at 02:31 PM.

Yes, that all sounds fine, to be short about it. Just try that approach and see how you get on for a week or two. Alter your approaches, depending on your gains, EQ, and PIs.
