Hey Dudes and Ladies
i have some questions :P
soo one of my questions is :
is it okay if i edge after every PE session and the other question
how many seconds i have to stretch my penis after the warmup (15 sec or 30 ?)

Hello ChichoGosho!
As edging is an exercise, it's best to keep it to a few times per week in the beginning. Edging can put you into overtraining if you are not careful.
For stretches, a 30 second hold is just fine. Less is fine too, but 30 seconds is what is what is suggested for the beginner routines.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Yup edging is great form of PE, will really help with your EQ. Some folks even use edging as their main form of PE
