  • Should you warm up before stretching?

    Is warming up before stretching as important as before say jelqing or using a pump? I definitely need to do more stretching, and I was wondering if it was safe to do it before going to bed, without warming it up in a hot towel, although not a cold penis by any means.

    I'm a novice but I think I can help. The tunica and the ligs stretch better and more easily when warmed up, you can notice that the penis offers way less resistance to stretching when it's hot. Besides the improved deformation, the warmness will avoid injuries (rupturing the ligs instead of elongating).

      Could you use a warmed Rice sock ? I have found (for me) the warming helps to relax the tissues, make the amount of stretchable penis more than if it were left cold, and, after workout, had less turtle.

      Of course, yours may react differently. So, experiment ! Post back what seems to work better.
