    Hey all,

    Been a lurker for a while but finally decided to give PE a go as I want a nice big penis, and I already have the body so the discipline and commitment to PE would be super easy. Anyhow, I started PE on May 14th 2015 with a workout routine that is 2 days on 1 day off. The routine is as follows and is based on the routine from:

    1) 10 minute warm-up
    2) Basic stretching with 30 second hold in left, right, straight-up, and straight-down direction; I repeat each direction 4 times. I pull until I feel a nice stretch but no pain of course.
    3) 10 minutes Jelqing at low pressure and low erection level at 30-45% for about 2-3 seconds each.
    4) 5 - 10 minute warm down

    Anyhow, so far I have seen positive PI's as my penis feels much harder, heavier, and fuller; the flaccid hang is also getting bigger than before girth and length wise although I have not gained any measurable length but I do think I have gained some very little girth. Also, the bottom of my penis around the stretch points feel much harder and strong after the stretches.

    Now, here is what freaked me out and I decided to take two days off. I have noticed that lately there has been a tingling sensation in the shaft of my penis near the middle when I jelq; it feels good though when I do it and there's no pain and it was towards the end of my workout. This sensation started two workouts ago, and today when I was about to jelq I felt it near the beginning of my jelqing session instead of near the end of the session so I decided to stop in fear of damaging my penis. With some research I noticed that people say that is actually a good sign but I just wanted to get some clarification from the veterans here.

    So is the tingling sensation when jelqing a negative PI?

    My guess would be you are over working your little guy. Rest up a few days then maybe use a little looser grip or fewer reps.....just my opinion because believe me buddy you dont even want the smallest injury. It will bother you so much in fear you damaged your dick that you may actually cause mental ED on yourself from the stress etc. Then if you hit ED depression may follow....its a downward spiral been there done that just not worth it!!

    Tingling sensation? It is hard to know what you mean by this description, but from what you outlined it sounds like there is nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on it and if you ever feel sharp pain then stop your PE session.

    Is it a cold tingling? I was getting a cold tingling at the start, was nothing though.

    Thanks for the reply. No cold tingling, just like a nice tingling feeling; almost like a tickle that feels good. I'm going to take today off just to be sure and resume Tuesday.

    Thanks for the reply. It's almost like a tickle inside that feels good; a feeling that's like rubbing the head of the penis and getting those tingly/electric shock type of feeling that feels good. And yeah, no pain at all when doing it.

    Thanks for the reply. Yeah man I'm sorry to hear about your tough journey in that regard; I'm going to take a 2 day break though I want to PE so bad since it feels great, as I don't want to damage the little guy! Good luck.

    Welcome still cold, and thanks for joining us. A tickle tingle should be fine. Make sure you are not getting to erect while jelqing. Stay at 70% or less. It is always a good idea to take some time off. We grow during the healing breaks. Stay safe, consistent, persistent, and patient and you will reach your goals.

    Thanks for the reply. Glad to be hear with you guys! Can't wait to reach my goals, particularly length and nice a flaccid hang since I already have 5" girth to begin with when erect. I'm already seeing gains in flaccid length and girth alongside better EQ so I'm sure I'm on the right track. Wish you all the best in reaching your goals as well!
