Hey everyone. I just started PE today and I got back from my first "workout". I decided it makes perfect sense to start it in the shower so the unit is warmed up automatically.
A little backstory - I am 26 and I got a penis injury masturbating in late august. My shaft hurt and it hurt to pee, and I had pain ejaculating - my urologist suspected that I damaged my urethra somehow. The situation has slowly improved, I am doing much, much better now, it will probably go back to normal, but I decided I would take action and strengthen my penis anyway. I suffer from some ED issues.
In the shower, I decided to do a good 10 minutes of basic stretches. Held my penis with an OK grip, up down left and right, and rotated it 20 times both clockwise and counter clockwise. All is well. I pulled hard enough to stretch it but not hard enough to feel any pain, just some stretching. I felt good and I probably could have gone on longer. But, off to a good start.
When I got out, I don't have lube so I decided to improvise and use my Cremo shaving cream (it's a special shaving cream for guys like me with heavy beards). It was good enough....but....
The problem is that I couldn't get an erection. I did, sort of - but nothing past 30%, and it wouldn't last very long. Maybe 30 seconds to a minute. For most of the time, I probably did jelqs on my flaccid penis. I guess I felt odd trying to get an erection on cue. I was very gentle with the jelqs and I would say it was borderline massage.
I'll refrain from masturbating to see if I can get a better erection. But if not - is there a good alternative to jelqs, without the requirement of an erection? Can you jelq flaccid?
Are there any other good exercises I can incorporate? Thanks.
Are there any supplements I can take that can help with the training process?
