has anyone tried the programs at ********.com???
if so, how was it?? are there gains from the programs offered at the website??

Haven't heard anything, but it looks pretty well done. I like the routine pre-timed clicks, and auto logging. Nice setup there.

I haven't ; but the videos are really great. There should be gains, it's only variations on efficient exercises or routines we already know of.

Yeh I just had a brief look there now and it looks pretty damn nifty! I also like the way all the times are broken down, the layout is great, and makes it really accessible to the user. All in all it looks pretty great. We have all of that information and exercises on here though, so if you have to pay anything there then just follow our guidelines on here for free instead.
