  • Getting erect for PE

    What are some good ideas for consistently getting it up? There was a time when just warming up would wake the old snake, but these days it seems it's not so easy anymore.

    Porn is off my menu (and it produces absolutely crap erections for me anyway), and erotic fantasizing only works when I'm really in the mood. So I'm probably looking for something along the lines of visualization or other mindset enhancement tricks.

    Would be very interested in hearing what works for you guys.

    I wish I could help you with what. When I do PE I find it hard NOT to get an erection... Which makes doing PE difficult sometimes -___-

        Kegels. Absolutely love them.
        Also do reverse kegels to keep a healthy and balanced floor.

              I recently started on Big Al's Jelq Free routine, and realized I really need to up the EQ for this to bring about the desired effects. When I read my log, too many times it is not where it should be.

              In general, proper arousal produces a real proper erection for me, so I don't see this as an ED problem. I believe it's more down to creating the right mindset somehow. There are several suggestions here to look at pictures of hotties, but if I just sit down to look at those it might make my heart beat a tad faster and not much else is gonna happen.
