    So I was googling something about Uli's and exercises from another forum much like this came up about girth. Then I saw this one that calls it the 'jelq squeeze'

    The Jelq squeeze is an exercise developed by HughJorgan9. It target's girth well, and is easy to comprehend if a little hard to accomplish initially. With practise it can be very effective, so effective in fact that beginning PEers should be very wary of it.
    With a partial erection, create a grip at the base to trap the blood. With the other hand perform a normal jelqing motion, above the first hand. Swap hands every 5 or so strokes. Normal jelqing uses fresh blood with each stroke, this method traps the blood and increases the pressure dramatically.
    Would this actually really help girth gains you think? Or would it just encourage injury, especially to beginners because I read often how 100% erection quality jelqs can encourage injury. Maybe doing very light jelqs could enhance squeezes, but too hard could probably make ya pop blood vessels or veins or something possibly, right!?

    I'm wondering because I want to maybe try this because it seems like it would be really effective for girth gains.
    Gains so far: +2 BPEL and +1.2 EG !

    Later. For now do your conditioning so when you push your limits you understand what you are feeling. Nothing slows you down more than an injury. If you want to join me on the League of Legends list then don't try to skip steps. Just be safe, consistent, persistent, and patient. You will get there.

      Listen to wishful. There is no reason to try and reinvent the wheel, stick with what are proven and safe routines that can be found here, especially for a beginner. You only have one penis, take care of it.

        Yeah, you're definitely right. Kind of getting too ahead of myself because of getting no injuries and such quick gains. Measured yesterday and gained BPEL +.6, and MEG +.25-.3 in just under 5 weeks!! And I swear I measured accurately measured accurately haha!
        Gains so far: +2 BPEL and +1.2 EG !

                Alright, so I will do this next month, although I am glad to report that I stopped watching porn and my EQ seems to be doing well.

                  I just did the Uli-Jelq as a test run and man, they are effective. I just have to do the grip adjustment at the base, maybe gotta move my legs farther apart because my pelvis bones could be in the way. How long until I see results? I want to get to 8" in girth.
