Hey donnyfcuk, Yes, jelqs help increase girth, and stretching with length. That's a good routine,5 on, 2 off, gives you a chance to recover .I haven't gotten into pumping as yet, but I've been reading a log with a lot of good info.Want to know what I'm doing before I start.I imagine light pumping would be okay. You might consider waiting till your unit is more conditioned. Have you pumped before? If so, you should be able to tell if it's too much,too soon.

I think im going to concentrate on jp's routine mainly but incorporate only 1 day a week to pumping, more than likely be light pumping (2 x 0 min @3-4Hg) with a small jelq session between sets which would be done on day 5.. so i'll start out doing jp's routine then the light pumping before my warm down. i've then got the 2 days off to help my unit recover properly afterwards.
although ive pumped before, only occasionally and never to a set programme i've never mixed pumpin and jelqing so that will be a new one to keep an eye on. (i'll keep you posted).
Lastly, its great that your reading up on pumping, but as your probably aware ALWAYS go for a pump with a gauge and stay at a low pressure.
