    Hey guys, new to the forum and was just looking for some advice!

    I recently decided I wanted to improve my penis size, last longer etc so looked on the internet for tips. This is when I discovered kegel exercises.

    I thought this would instantly give me results so I jumped in at the deep end so to speak. I was doing them at every opportunity - on the train, sitting at my computer at work or watching TV.

    So when I went to bed with my girlfriend I thought "I'm gonna last all night". This wasn't the case, I started having problems getting a full erection! When I discovered this forum, I read a few cases of guys "overdoing" kegel exercises and tiring out the PC muscle, which led to them having trouble getting it up. It sounds exactly the same as what happened to me.

    So, I guess I'm just looking for advice/tips to get started, such as how often you should do the exercises so you don't tire out your muscle and different methods of exercise etc.

    At first you should start with low repetitions with kegels since your PC muscle isnt used to so much exercise and you must get in in shape...after some time you will feel that you can do it longer so do it...listen to you body

    Just remember, it's a muscle. Like all other muscles it needs time to rest and heal. Take days off.

    How often though? maybe one day on, one day off? And how much should I do in each workout to start with?

    Personally... I do kegels 4 days a week. I do 0 PE (minus 30 JAI stretches) on the weekends and only stretching on Wednesdays. So I kegel 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off.
    Do what works for you. And read up about reverse kegels. They are very good for you to do as well. Doing only regular kegels is fine for now.
