Hi jamesrobert and welcome to the gym. PI's are physiological indicators. You can find this info and much, much more if you click on the Start Here tab and get reading. It's a great source of all kinds of information that is invaluable for beginners such as yourself. Just remember to stay safe, patient, and diligent. And don't freak out if you don't gain an inch in 2 weeks. PE takes time, it won't happen overnight. Good luck brother.

Come on in...it's cold out there!

Do as much reading as you can as lilbigman suggests before you get "stuck in".
            The name's Tamora...TVR Tamora...with a capital "T".

Lots of living to do yet unseen and a more stories yet untold!

Yes, I would start with JP90 (program wise), and the START HERE tab (reading wise).
              Start (Dec 2014)
              bpel: 7.0"

              July 9 2015:
              bpel: 7.4375"
              bpfsl: 8.00"

              Mar 27 2016:
              bpfsl: 8 and 3/8"
              bpel: 7 and 11/16"

              January 2017 (after a 10 month break):
              bpfsl: 8.00"
