hello,i am from hk.my eng is poor...

1 year ago,my penis is just 13cm long(too short...)

half years ago,my penis is 14.5cm long after following JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine without doing v-jelq

although the routine is for 90 days,i have been using it for 1 year.

now my penis is 15.5cm long(i hope my penis can reach 7 inch)

my problem is i still don't know how to do v-jelq after watching the video.

i cannot feel any stress when i do v-jelq.

eveyone says v-jelq is good ...

please help me

bro u are making great gains....if they are true....dont worry about the v jelqs dont fix whats not broken
