I organize my workouts differently mainly because of time management issues:
I do 5 on days and 2 off days per week. Usually the off days are Tuesday and Thursday but not always.
What Schedule Has Been Proven To Work Best ??
I sure can't say. I am beginning to suspect that I do not rest enough: I seem to have hit a plateau.
