Hey guys, today starts my first day of my stretch only routine. I don't want to jelq for personal resons.
Currently in 6" in length, and 5.5" in girth. I'm looking to get to 7 x 6.
Can you guys check out my routine and give me feed back.
1. Warm up
2. Jai stretch (35 reps)
3. Rotating stretch (20 reps)
4. Regular stretching up, down, left right, out. (5 mins)
5. Warm down
