  • Looking for some feed back on my stretch only routine.

    Hey guys, today starts my first day of my stretch only routine. I don't want to jelq for personal resons.

    Currently in 6" in length, and 5.5" in girth. I'm looking to get to 7 x 6.

    Can you guys check out my routine and give me feed back.

    1. Warm up
    2. Jai stretch (35 reps)
    3. Rotating stretch (20 reps)
    4. Regular stretching up, down, left right, out. (5 mins)
    5. Warm down


    Let me know what you guys think.

    do you know what phisycal indicators are ? if no physical indicators are physical penis responses to the force you use in your routine. we have a good article about that:https://www.pegym.com/articles/physi...p-penis-growth.

    if you find that your overwork do less reps in each exercise but it seems,for me , that your routine looks fine.
    starting 18/05/15:

    nbpfl: 9.5 cm fg:9.5 cm bpfl: 10 cm

    nbpel: 15.5cm eg:13 cm bpel: 17 cm

    current 09/08/15:

    nbpfl: 10cm fg: 9.7 cm bpfl: 11 cm


    nbpel:15.8 eg:13.3 cm bpel: 17.6 cm

      WTF???....are you a contentious objector? You're not joining the WAR effort, it's just PE!

      Jelqs help condition your dick to prevent injury, particularly as a newbie. Most guys consider jelqs the backbone of PE exercises, good for both length & girth.
