warm down necessary?

Hello iv been doing a beginner routine for a month now. About 50% of the time i use a rice pad for my warm down, but im curious, do i need to warm down? Is there any magic behind giving your penis heat after a good session?

No, it's not necessary or magical, but I think it feels nice, and it does support blood flow while you keep heat on it, and pliability of the tissue.
