Just wanted to introduce myself. I discovered this website a few years ago, but never thought to give it a try. I am now in a relationship with a woman who has never climaxed. She has been doing some reading online and is interested in trying to tackle her problem, so I figured Id do something as well so we can change together.
I plan on following the basic routine for the first few months to get into the swing of things. I have the 12 o clock Tug, so Im hoping that makes gains come more easily.
I never really measured myself or cared, because I always had different girlfriends and a good sex life. However, I guess after all I am a little below average.
EL- 5 1/4
EG - 4 1/4
I saw a bunch of other abbreviations people were using, but couldnt figure out what they meant. Im assuming EL is erectile length, and EG is erectile girth. Can someone else explain all the other ones people use, as I have been confused.
I also lift reguarly, and plan to start supplementing with L-Arganine, creatine, a good multi vitamine, protein, and a multi amino acid pill. I figure the L-Arganine will also benefit the PE.
I know every one reacts differently, but what short term changes, (within the next 3 months) can I expect to see as a healthy 21 year old. I plan on taking my time with his and not rushing, as a have read that a lot of people go to much too quick and can work backwards.
Also, and advice would be appreciated. However, I feel that I have read the website and forums pretty well and have a pretty good overall understanding.
Im just curious to see how large of changes I will have.

Welcome to the gym!
If you had a great sex life, then that's something to be pretty happy about. As for some of the acronyms you want to know:
BPEL: Base pressed erect length. This is the length of your 100% erect penis measured by taking a ruler along the dorsal side, and shoving the beginning marker as deep inside as you can, while standing up.
In terms of measuring growth, most people choose to measure progress by BPEL and EG (explained below). Some also report using NBPEL (also explained below)
NBPEL: Non base pressed erect length. Pretty much run the ruler on the dorsal side of your penis from the tip to where the ruler hits the skin near the pubic bone.
EG: Erect Girth. Can be measured in several ways. Most people report an average of the measurements at the base, middle, and right behind the glans. Measured via a measuring tape, or a piece of unstretchable string which is then measured against a ruler or tape.
BPFSL: Base pressed flaccid stretched length. Similar measuring method as in BPEL, but your penis is near or completely flaccid and you use the other hand to hold it behind the glans and stretch it out as far as possible.
Advice: Start slow, be very patient, monitor your body's response carefully, keep a log and have a positive attitude (if you don't already have one).
Best,
