A few questions about his beginner's routine.
When I do kegals everyday should they be 100 constant quick ones or spaced out.. should I do them slow fast..
Just some clarification on the kegals por favor, that would be great thank you!

If you aren't used to kegal, try 100 constant quick ones, (hell, i think 100 might be too much to start with, 50 is good). With time you can build up to either 50 spaced out, or multiple sets of 50 quick ones. In my experience, Kegaling everyday stresses those muscles far too much for me. Now I kegal every alternate day, and its better. With time, as I load up on the number or duration, I'll switch to a session every two days.

Okay since Jpops routine is an advanced beginner I think I'm going to do this to start with.
Warm up - Soak in hot bath for 15 minutes
Stretch as in Jpops routine
Jelq - 100 rep 3 times a week
Kegals - 100 constant quick reps every other day
Warm Down - Soak in hot bath for 10 minutes
How does that sound? And how do I know when to increase the intensity for jelqs?

Routine looks good.
You should change your routine if and only if your current routine stops working. This could mean the following:
1. That for more than 1 month you have made no gains.
and/or if you are in the initial stages of PE that,
2. PI's (Physiological Indicators: search it on the forums if you haven't already) are no longer positive: no plump flaccid hand, loss of morning/night wood, etc AND your penis isn't overworked (if it is overworked, it'll feel sore; have slight pain and will experience some turtling)
Now, if you conclude that you are under training your unit then you increase intensity. In most cases however, people over-train their unit by jelqing at high intensity and get injured.Last edited by NSF001; 01-11-2010 at 02:08 AM. Reason: spelling error
