  • LOT = good/bad?

I was just wondering if having LOT is a good or a bad thing. For example, feeling a tug back everywhere versus feeling no tug anywhere, or feeling a strong tug versus feeling a weak tug. Out of those, which would be better? Reason I'm asking is I have a low LOT, so I feel my tug when I have my penis pointing upwards, and I don't know if that should go away, get stronger, or not change at all if I do corresponding stretches. Pretty much I'm just wondering what I should look for if I continue stretching according to tug.
Slowly cutting down on sleep... who needs it, anyway?

hey mrmonroe if you have a low lot you want to be doing your exercises outwards and upwards,in bibs theory people with a low lot are hard gains, people with a high lot will get much use out of hanging good luck

To find your LOT (Loss of Tug) you must warm-up for at least 15 min. After your penis is radiating heat you will grasp your penis under the glands with an O.K. grip. Like an OK sign. Now imagine the face of a clock, i.e. 12 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 6 o'clock., these are the angles you will pull your penis at to find your LOT.

Now pull your penis straight up at 12 o'clock, next you kegel a few times quickly(a kegel is when your taking a piss then imediatley stopping) this will feel like your penis is tugging back. DO NOT RELY ON THE FEELING ONLY, KEEP YOUR EYES ON IT TO SEE THE TUG BACK. If there is no tug back that is you LOT

Now pull your penis straight out to 9 o'clock and kegel. If there is no tug back this is your LOT. For me this is my strongest tug back

Now pull straight down at 6 o'clock. Most experience LOT at this angle.

What I undestand is when you have found your LOT, you want to exercise in the opposite angles, because your ligaments at LOT could be at it maximum length, or something like that. That dosen't mean to totally eliminate LOT exercersise. You might still see gains from working those angles.

        HOPE THAT HELPED

Yeah for me, when I pull up at 12, towards my head and kegel, my penis pulls back like crazy. The "tightness" feels in the center between the base and the testicles. I do a lot of hanging so am more or less going against the LOT theory but in the last week or two have been working on ways to get the weights to pull up. Laying on my bed with the weights draped over the headboard behind me is one way. I think by doing so much 6 o'clock pulling where the real resistance for me is at 12 has been slowing my gains somewhat so I hope over the next 30 days to do a big shift in directional pull and see if there is any change in gain.

                  Hi Hardcore,

Yes im getting a strong tug in every direction even after a good warm up, when im fully erect it stands fully up to attention at 11 o clock as well, if that makes any difference (not learning to the left, i mean straight up, slightly away from the body)

yup as the theory goes you might find gaining easier than most, wouldnt suggest hanging till after jps programme tho ,dont know much about hanging would have to ask some1 with a bit of experiance with it could be somthing to look in to tho.
