Thread: Stretching, few quick questions.

Okay, so i have been stretching for a while now, and am starting to see my gains.
I currently warm up 15 mins in the shower.
Basic stretching, left, right, up, and out. I kegel here and there too.
Helicopter shakes, in between each stretch direction.
Then jelquing for 10 minutes 4 second strokes.
Warm down 15 mins.
This is working, however i have a questions about stretching. (The video doesn't work for me).
When stretching, i seem to pull quite a bit of foreskin forward too, i have tried with it pulled back but i cannot pull / stretch my penis.
This seems to be causing a slight bit of turkey neck, at the shaft of my penis, left and right side. It isn't bad atm, so i want to stop it while i can.
If i hold the base of my penis with my other hand while stretching, will this help with this?
Or is it something i got'ta put up with now?

If you are uncircumcised as I am this can be a slight problem. Although my head is quite small I seem to get by OK by having my hand with its back to my body and lightly wedging the head between the base of my thumb and forefinger. Hope this is of some help.

Yes can hold it back with the other hand. Two other possible options: 1) wrap a thin (worn out wash cloth) cloth around your shaft and pull it; and 2) I find if I initially grab my unit pulling it downward, I pull less skin. So I grab it while pulling down, then move my unit into the direction I want to stretch.

Thanks for that, nope i'm not cirumsized.
I tried holding it back with my other hand, that seemed to work. Felt a good stretch within my shaft and not just at the base.
The wrapping something around it i didn't try yet. I'll give it a go though! Thanks,
And the other one i didn't quite get. You grab it and pull down then move it into the direction?
Another thing, should i be feeling the stretch within the whole shaft, or at the base. Or what?
Sorry for the newbie questions, just i think the gains i got before were luck, don't seem to be moving anywhere atm been doing it a good 3 months now.
Oh and before you think i'm an idiot, i know i ain't gunna see much in gaining for the time i have been doing it. But you know what i mean by doesn't seem to be going anywher now.Last edited by sneekey; 01-16-2010 at 11:25 AM.
