Ive done PE on and off, but the main thing that keeps discouraging me is my very weak girth ( around 4.7 ) Ive been doin JPs beginner routine but i was hoping that someone could give me advice on how to get my girth up. I care about length too, but im at a pretty decent 7.2 BPEL so i really want to focus on girth for a while. Im more than willing to put in the time and effort needed to get gains, i just dont want to be wasting my time with trial and error if there is already someone with wisdom regarding this.
