Thread: 'Turkey Neck' advice please.

I am a fairly new member - started PE 2 or 3 weeks ago at BPEL 6" and EG 4.45" also want to improve size and 'hardness' of glans (uncircumcised). Short term aim for BPEL is 7" with hoped for 7.5" in due course. Will post measurements after 4 weeks. In the meantime I noticed some discussion about turkey neck elsewhere - I have this condition. Advice welcomed from members as to how this affects PE and is a problem or is it something that can be ignored. Many thanks. Albert.

Do not ignore your condition. There are effective ways of reversing and preventing turkey neck. Discussions about turkey neck abound in this forum. All you need to do is make a search to find them. Here's one:

JonPop has an exercise he uses for that. I'll try and find it for you. It might be similiar to what rolv's is ?????

I've now started to use your suggestion. Do you know whether this problem is caused mainly by stretching or jelqing? It seems as though I may have to amend my program for a while.

Turkey neck can be caused by both, but mostly by dry jelqing.
Take your time when you jelq. Feel every stroke. Strive for quality not quantity.
