Thread: Hate Kegels need Substitute!

Hi Fellas,
I do some kegels everyday when im driving around or when im sat at home wathching TV but i really do not like doing them as i find them really hard and was wandering if there are any other exercises instead to improve EQ?
My EQs are and have historically always been fairly weak/average (id say a 6 out of 10 and only get to a 9 when just about to ejacualte) so need something to improve in that sector that isnt the dreaded kegel!
Also has anyone who has been PE'ing for a while now noticed that as a result of a larger memeber EQ has gone down/lessesned?

Stop and starts/edging works great, but you won't be able to do it driving around. Towel raises are a great substitute, but again, they can't (or shouldn't) be done outside of private venues. They're also more difficult than kegels.

You don't have to do all the kegals at one time.
I'll do 20 in the toilet, 20 in front of the computer, 2 when cooking etc.
