  • Can't Reverse Kegel?

No matter what I do, I don't think I'm doing these properly. I've read countless threads and comprehensive guides, but i don't think i get it. By my understanding, i shouldn't be tensing my abs when I try to front reverse kegel. the common description is that it feels like what you do when you piss, but i cant seem to do that w/o tensing abs

It is normal to tense abs at first and some diaphragm action is required . However ability to isolate increases with practise and ability.
